Kaiser Permanente Analytics Partner, Strategy Insights in Renton, Washington

Kaiser Permanente Washington-s Strategy Insights team supports executive leadership, developing a deeply-informed, long-term view of customers, competitors, industry trends and market developments. We are an internal strategy consulting team, partnering across the business to shape data-driven strategy development and decision making through actionable insights, implications and recommendations.

As the Analytics Partner on the Strategy Insights team, you-ll play an important role in answering critical strategic questions by analyzing member data, claims data and demographic data. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Strategy Insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mine business data. Extract and transform large, complex interrelated data sets (including customer survey results and market research data, revenue data, claims data, etc.)

  • Cull through and query multiple datasets to create a cohesive story about our members, customers and the market

  • Make data usable for the team, and partner with peers to transform data into insights

  • Partner across Strategy Insights team, and collectively develop insights to inform business decisions, strategy development, product development, customer experience improvements, and other critical efforts

  • Communicate insights effectively, aligning insights with business priorities and enabling business users to access detailed data as needed

  • Define, drive and communicate a comprehensive program to continually learn more about our customers and our market through data
