Department Functions:

Design B2P organization wide rewards and recognition program

• Design program to recognize superior achievements of individuals and teams across Buy to Pay

• Build awards structure with accompanying nomination forms/templates

• Design awards and recognition web-page to include on-line nomination forms, queues, auto-reminders

• Present program for leadership review and revise through iterations until fully approved

Customer and Supplier Experience (CASE)- Business Continuity Plan testing and refinement

• Participate in the testing of CASE Business Continuity Plan testing

• Refine plan based on test results and retest.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Project management experience, moderate to large scale initiatives

• Knowledge of organization development practices to include but not limited to talent & retention, rewards & recognition, succession planning and recruiting programs

• Strong writing, listening and speaking skills

• Ability to communicate to all levels of management

• Ability to create presentations in MS PowerPoint, create project plans in MS Project, use MS Excel to develop pivot tables for graphing and inclusion of presentations

Essential Functions:

• Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.

• Report development and analytics.

• Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.

• Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.

• Job shadowing in other functional areas.

• Performing additional duties as required.

• Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

• Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Requirements:

• Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3.0 GPA or above

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.

• Experience in Customer Experience/Service with interest in process improvement and optimization

• Knowledge of case management systems and/or automated call distribution systems and the optimization of systems

• Knowledge of guided buy solutions and potentially the interface of systems to systems to support the solution
