Design B2P organization wide rewards and recognition program
Design program to recognize superior achievements of individuals and teams across Buy to Pay
Build awards structure with accompanying nomination forms/templates
Design awards and recognition web-page to include on-line nomination forms, queues, auto-reminders
Present program for leadership review and revise through iterations until fully approved
Customer and Supplier Experience (CASE)- Business Continuity Plan testing and refinement
Participate in the testing of CASE Business Continuity Plan testing
Refine plan based on test results and retest.
Description of Responsibilities:
Project management experience, moderate to large scale initiatives
Knowledge of organization development practices to include but not limited to talent & retention, rewards & recognition, succession planning and recruiting programs
Strong writing, listening and speaking skills
Ability to communicate to all levels of management
Ability to create presentations in MS PowerPoint, create project plans in MS Project, use MS Excel to develop pivot tables for graphing and inclusion of presentations
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
Report development and analytics.
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.
Performing additional duties as required.
Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.
Bachelor's degree required.
License, Certification, Registration
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3.0 GPA or above
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
Experience in Customer Experience/Service with interest in process improvement and optimization
Knowledge of case management systems and/or automated call distribution systems and the optimization of systems
Knowledge of guided buy solutions and potentially the interface of systems to systems to support the solution
