Kaiser Permanente Administrative Summer Intern - SoCal (KP.org) in Pasadena, California

An Admin Internship is a period of formal, structured practical experience in the practice of health services administration during intervals between or during semester breaks. These positionspay $18.00 per hour.

There are multiple openings available.

Essential Functions:

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Bilingual in Spanish


  • Each KP.Org intern will be located at an SCAL medical center and will be required to travel to local area MOBs within that medical center.

  • Intern will be responsible for registering members onto the Kaiser Permanente website (KP.Org) using the KP.Org Account Tool (KAT).

  • Also meeting and greeting Kaiser Permanente members, educating and promoting the benefits of registering on KP.Org, and showing members how to navigate the basic functionality of KP.Org.

  • Interns may be responsible for additional duties.

  • Must have own transportation.

  • Locations include Antelope Valley, Baldwin Park, Downey, Fontana, Kern County, Los Angeles, Orange County, Panorama City, Riverside, San Diego, South Bay, West Los Angeles, and Woodland Hills.
