Kaiser Permanente IT Business Support Associate in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Provides administrative and business operations support to department managers and/or staff in various fields or disciplines, such as vendor management, asset management, compliance, audit, employee engagement, training, and other similar areas. Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas for specific project, event, technical unit or business unit.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provides general business support to the manager and/or department staff members for assignments that are routine in nature and of limited scope.

  • Assist in gathering, collecting, recording, tracking, and verifying pre-determined data and information from singular source.

  • Compiles data for review and/or analysis by other staff members.

  • Types, edits, and proofreads correspondences, reports, presentations, and other written material.

  • Uses basic software to generate reports, statistics, timeline, tables, graphs, correspondences, and presentations (including graphical illustrations) with direction from other staff members.

  • Provides routine data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures, where applicable.

  • Inputs data, updates databases and records, and tracks department information.

  • Assist in coordinating simple, pre-defined projects and all related activities.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience.


  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
