Technical expert in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Provide technical leadership on complex projects. May act as expert in business or functional area. Formulate and define system scope and objectives. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer application structure, technical capacity and desired results. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written or modified. Design, code, test, debug and document programs. May be responsible for all phases of projects, including overseeing the work of other applications systems analysis and programming staff. Qualifications: Education
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent training and experience. Training in specific programming languages, tools, systems analysis and design techniques and project management methodology. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Advanced Knowledge of specific languages and tools used in the applicable technical environment. Understanding of computer programming languages and system design concepts. Analytic, interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of DMBOK. Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Working knowledge of specific system or business area and systems analysis and design.
Master Data Management (IBM InfoSphere or Informatica MDM) Java programming skills (backend experience) Oracle PL/SQL skills Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 8 years using and maintaining applications software, including systems analysis and design experience.
