The Marketing Operations Partner is our marketing department hub; a senior project manager and leader that ensures projects and teams are properly staffed with the right resources with the right skills to run efficiently. The successful candidate is someone that has an in-depth understanding of the creative, print and digital production processes and can accurately assess each team members’ skillset and understanding of timing required to accomplish assigned tasks. This role will plan for incoming projects and implement resource and process changes against evolving priorities.

Qualifications: Education Minimum Education Requirements Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Project Management, Health Care Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education Masters Degree Business Administration, PMP Certified, Health Care or Public Administration Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Advanced In-depth understanding of the marketing and creative environment and timing involved to accomplish tasks. Advanced Workflow management experience Advanced Print or digital production knowledge.
