Kaiser Permanente Washington is seeking a Manager - Continuing Care Business Operations to join our fantastic Nursing Home Services team in Seattle, WA!

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday “days” position leading a great time at our Central Medical Center West, leading a team of (10) administrative or business office team members!

While not required, your knowledge of the Nursing Home Services or Home Health Care and Hospice arenas will serve you well in this role. This team touches many departments, so an ability to build solid relationships, problem-solve and lead a team in providing excellent customer service will be important. While this is a managerial and leadership role, background in health insurance or provider contracting may be useful!

In this role, you will:

Manage, develop, implement and maintain performance standards and outcomes for business operations in a Branch Facility for Continuing Care.

Coordinates the delivery of care across geographical regions and multiple counties.

Develop implementation work plans and strategies, including policies and procedures for current systems in response to new services, initiatives, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Manage and directs staff who are responsible for the scheduling of virtual clinical staff.

Oversee workforce planning and administrative services, HR/Payroll compliances, performance reviews, etc.

Plan, develop, implement, maintain and provide operational support for hardware and software systems for 80 staff. Qualifications: Education Minimum Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, or, equivalent combination of education and administrative experience. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Advanced leadership skills. Project management. PC and mainframe skills. Problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of computer hardware and software including downloading and uploading software and basic troubleshooting. Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience OR demonstrated experience and ability to lead staff in a complex team environment. Preferred Experience 3 years Lean customer-focus work
