Your training will include orientations in all departs at our Everett, Lynnwood and Bothell clinics as well as assisting with special projects and covering for other managers when they are out.

Please note: we ask that you already have your BSN or will have your BSN completed within a year of your start date as this is required for the Clinical Operations Manager position As the Assistant Nurse Manager you will: · Work with providers and managers to assure the delivery of clinical, ancillary, and business services in the medical center in a way that meets or exceeds standards while providing an excellent patient experience across all service lines. · Manage service areas such as nursing and other ancillary services. · Provide and participates in leadership of teams. · Develop strategies and executes into daily work. · Serve as a role model while managing day to day staffing issues using developed performance measures. · Make independent judgments/decisions and takes action regarding a wide range of routine and complex patient issues and situations. · Collaborate with other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of patient care. · Support team during team member’s absences.

KPWAHTF Qualifications: . Education Minimum Education Requirements Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) with completion of BSN within one year of start date. Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements · Ability to mentor, inspire, motivate develop and engage staff · Monitor performance standards, deliver results, and hold staff accountable. · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Able to prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond tissues as they arise. · Effectively communication and collaborate with staff and peers. · Provide direction and support thru change management.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements, managed care, health care delivery systems and nursing practice. Financial management skills.

Experience Minimum Experience Requirements · 1 year Experience as a charge nurse, lead, or supervisor in a clinical environment managing the day-to-day work flow and performance of others, identifying and meeting customer requirements, and working effectively with medical staff. · 1 year outpatient operations experience as a nurse.

Preferred Experience · 2 years’ experience as a charge nurse, lead, or supervisor in a clinical environment managing the day-to-day work flow and performance of others, identifying and meeting customer requirements, and working effectively with medical staff. · 3 years of progressively increased responsible with outpatient operations experience as a nurse.

License/Certifications Minimum License/Certifications Requirements Current, unencumbered Washington State Registered Nursing License at time of hire.
