We are looking for an experienced administrative support professional with a commitment to high customer service and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Having worked in a healthcare organization is a plus.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to complex duties with a focus on the support of Ancillary team schedules, time keeping, HR & Union Contract policies related to general time keeping including employee time off. In this role you will also be tracking & reporting compliance regulations. General duties also include event planning, managing calendars, compiling reports and providing unit staff support.
Primary duties include being a member of a team supporting the Ancillary divisions at KPWA (Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Eye Care, Rehab, Occupational Medicine):
Daily call outs and relief
Timekeeping using Kronos
Time-off requests in accordance with contract limitations/guidelines
Data reporting as needed using Kronos Schedule is variable Sunday thru Friday from 7:30-5:30PM at our Kaiser Permanente Campus (Building GSE). This new facility is located in Renton, WA within walking distance of the Tukwila Sounder Station. Qualifications: Education Minimum Education Requirements High School Diploma/GED Preferred Education Some college education courses
Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Intermediate writing and math skills. Customer service and communication skills. Initiative, discretion and analytical ability. Proficiency with software used by the department. Typing: 55 WPM. Skills testing as appropriate.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills Requirements Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 5 years administrative or comparable experience. Experience with project planning and coordination. Preferred Experience Time keeping and scheduling skills in Kronos or similar system. Familiar with HR and Union Contract policies.
